Prohibited system behaviours
- Attempting to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform's AI systems
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or generate briefs at scale without written consent
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service or AI-generated outputs as your own product
- Attempting to extract training data, system prompts, or proprietary model information
- Launching denial-of-service attacks or any form of cyber attack against the platform
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limitations
Prohibited misrepresentation
- Presenting AI-generated intelligence briefs as the work of a human analyst without disclosure
- Using generated briefs as the sole basis for legal, regulatory, or financial advice to third parties
- Misrepresenting the capabilities or outputs of the platform to clients, regulators, or courts
- Submitting fabricated documents to obtain a misleading brief for use in legal or regulatory proceedings
4. Document Submission Standards
You are responsible for ensuring that any document you submit to Sovereign Brief:
- You have the legal right to process and share for analysis
- Does not contain special category personal data (health, biometric, political beliefs etc.) unless strictly necessary and lawfully justified
- Complies with any confidentiality, privilege, or professional secrecy obligations that apply to you
- Is not subject to any court order, injunction, or embargo that would prevent its disclosure
5. Professional Responsibility
Users who are solicitors, barristers, accountants, or other regulated professionals remain subject to the rules and codes of conduct of their professional bodies when using Sovereign Brief. AI-generated output does not substitute for professional judgement and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for professional advice.

6. Enforcement
