The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in analysis and summarisation. All outputs are generated by automated systems and are for informational purposes only.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Sovereign Brief for lawful business, research, legal, governmental, or educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit documents containing unlawful content or content you are not authorised to process
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Submit classified government documents or highly sensitive personal data without appropriate authorisation

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Sovereign Brief generates intelligence briefs using artificial intelligence. These briefs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for legal, regulatory, or strategic decisions.
The Company makes no warranty that briefs are accurate, complete, or current. All outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being acted upon.
5. Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property
The Sovereign Brief platform, its design, software, branding, and all related materials are owned by Whitehall Strategic Alliance Ltd or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
Your content
You retain ownership of any documents you submit. By submitting documents, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested brief. We do not claim ownership of your submitted documents.
Generated briefs
Intelligence briefs generated by the Service are provided to you for your internal use. You may use, copy, and share generated briefs for lawful purposes, provided you do not represent them as having been produced by a human analyst without disclosure of AI involvement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whitehall Strategic Alliance Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any generated brief.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100 if no payment has been made.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whitehall Strategic Alliance Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
8. Service Availability
We endeavour to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
