4. Document Content and AI Processing
Documents you submit are processed by our AI systems, which use the Anthropic Claude API. Document content is transmitted securely to Anthropic's systems for analysis and is not stored by Sovereign Brief after your session ends. We strongly recommend that you do not submit documents containing highly sensitive personal data, classified government information, or confidential client information unless you are authorised to do so.
AI-generated briefs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Document content submitted for analysis is not retained after session processing. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Contact records are retained for up to 3 years.
